The Canopy by Hilton, Boston Downtown, Massachusetts, Thursday 20th June 2024

All of our events have their own unique atmosphere and feel; 2023 was our first Boston event and we're excited return and make it even bigger.   We welcome Global leaders who come together to unpick common challenges, understand future trends and collaborate on strategy.

The analyst keynote kicks off to get everybody thinking, then we move to vendor best practice sessions, roundtables and we share our own research from the global CMU audiences.

Some vendors call it channel therapy; it's the place to be to meet like minded peers and unpick common challenges.

The mood of the event is one of collaboration and solving common challenges.  This year we explore Driving Partner Sourced Demand as our theme.

Stay tuned for announcements on keynotes and table topics.

Q&A Panel

Always a lively slot on the agenda; our master of ceremony will put a panel of experts through some tough questions, and then open it up to delegates to ask away.

Research

As a CMU delegate you will be invited to participate in two pieces of research.  Our channel audit will benchmark your channel marketing against your peers and provide a personalised report.  Our delegate research captures state of the channel 2024 and provides valuable insight on priorities.

Theme for the day: Driving Partner Sourced Demand

The Channel Meet Up agenda provides a mix of learning experiences for delegates all based on a relevant theme, which for 2024 is "Driving Partner Sourced Demand."

This is a particularly tricky challenge that was highlighted by our delegates as an area where they need help. So we are tackling this with an in depth look at how to drive, track and report on demand, including sharing some of the innovations in customer marketing and discussing how we can enable our partners better, and bring demand best practice into partner marketing.

Partner marketing needs to drive revenue, and with an increased emphasis placed on attribution, we need to build programs that deliver results.

CMU 2024 intends to unpick these challenges head on.
